What should I wear?
Please wear something loose and comfortable as well as trainers.
Do I need to bring a Kettle bell with me to the Kettlercise class?
No, Kettlercise kettle bells are provided for the session starting at 2kg.
How long in advance should I arrive before the session starts?
It is advisable to arrive at least 10 mins before the session is due to start so that you can familiarise yourself with the venue’s facilities etc.
Should I bring anything with me?
Yes! please bring a bottle of water and a small hand towel. Any equipment required for the session is provided.
Are all the sessions suitable for beginners?
Yes, absolutely. Participants vary in both fitness and skill levels. I provide demonstrations of the exercises, you can work at your own pace and I will provide modifications for all levels.
I am not very good with choreography and have two left feet, are these session going to be suitable for me?
Definitely, there’s no fancy footwork or complicated choreography.
I don’t like high impact moves, do you offer any alternatives?
Absolutely yes, low impact modifications are offered to suit.
What should I do if I cannot find the answer to my question on the website?

How long is a Kettlercise session and what can I expect?
A Kettlercise class lasts for 45 mins including the warm, workout and stretch. Each exercise is performed for one minute at your own pace. A demonstration of each exercise will be given. You will be encouraged and motivated to increase your repetitions on a regular basis. When I feel that you are ready to increase your kettle bell weight, I will discuss with you how we can phase the additional weight into your session, but not until you are ready. I focus on ensuring your technique is correct prior to increasing any weight.
I have high blood pressure will it be Ok to exercise?
For any medical condition its always best to check with your GP first.
I have 3 stone + to lose, what session would you recommend?
Participants have gained amazing results from attending all sessions and usually find that its personal preference. Traditional slimming clubs do not have an exercise component. Combined with good nutrition, KSFL Live Club will advise the right exercise at the correct intensity which will help you get to your goals much faster.
PLUS you will gain so much energy, feel fitter, stronger and leaner. Exercise is crucial to your success.
