I have been attending class with Tracy for over two years now.  I started with kettlersise & later attended KS Extreme.  Tracy’s infectious enthusiasm for fitness has kept me motivated throughout, even when I was hurting from a previous class!  She is professional in her approach, but also makes class fun and works extremely hard to keep the classes interesting & varied.  Her advice has been invaluable and I feel I am in very safe hands when I attend her sessions.  Looking forward to 2016 classes!

Kettlercise-Jenny Powton

I have been coming to Tracys exercise classes for the last 4 years. I started with Zumba Gold and then moved on to doing both KS Extreme and Kettlercise. I have continued to come to Tracys classes as she makes me feel very comfortable and always reminds us to take the class at our own pace so your really dont need to race or try to keep up if you cant! Everyone at the class are friendly and of mixed ability. Its mainly women at the classes and they are of all ages, shapes an sizes so there is no need to worry! I would recommend Tracys classes regardless of your own personsal fitness level as it is all done at your own pace. I think coming to the classes for 4 years speaks for itself! 🙂

Kettlercise – Saltash United FC

As an alternative to routine football training our team really enjoyed our kettle bell training and circuits with Tracy — Following each session we always felt like it’s had a thorough workout. I like the mixture between strength and aerobic and have found training and venue really refreshing. The range of equipment Tracy uses is great; We really enjoyed using the kettle bells and the other bits Tracy brings along. Tracy has a very good way of getting more out of someone! We have all benefited by becoming stronger, leaner and have much better posture. I very much appreciate the help and advice and other tips received. I would definitely recommend Tracy and her classes to anyone, at whatever level of fitness.

Fab work out Tracy, thank you so much. I will feel this tomorrow … in a good way!! You were fab & the class was great – I’m sure it will be very popular. John loved it because of the music and the combat moves. I loved the core floor exercises! Absolutely loved this evenings class. A really good, energetic and fun workout. Great music, great moves (well maybe not mine as such!) and a great teacher! Some of it was challenging but hey, that’s why we do it…right? Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a class that still involves the kettlebell but throws a whole lot more in the mix. Really enjoyed it. Thanks Tracy!
